Finally! We have snow! Let’s meet up and cross country (classic) Nordic ski at the valley floor. It is flat terrain, and a great time to work on the new skills you have learned. There are loops and various distances, and you go as far as you want for as long as you want. There is an easy beginner loop behind the Shell station. Dogs are not welcome. Dress in layers, warm hat, sunglasses, and gloves. You’ll need cross country skis, boots, and poles. Bring your own or you can rent your equipment either at the Alpineer in town or the Telluride Nordic Center. Please note that if changes are made due to weather and snow conditions, registrants will be notified.
