An evening celebrating the 40th anniversary of TWN and Justin Wilson. Celebrate the original Cajun Chef. Justin Wilson was both a humorist and chef on the PBS “Louisiana Cookin” show during the 1970’s and 1980’s. Justin was a mentor to both Emeril Lagasse and Paul Prudhomme. His favorite catch phrases were “I Garontee”, “How Y’all” and “Bam”. Enjoy cooking with Will Nolan to explore the flavors and spices of Cajun cooking. We will begin the evening with a Justin Wilson video. PLEASE LET THE EVENT CONTACT KNOW of any dietary restrictions. The fee includes our meal and a tip for the instructor. Wine is available for purchase from the Ah Haa. Event Fee $95.00
