An evening celebrating the 40th anniversary of TWN and Debra Madison. Celebrate the chef credited with establishing vegetarian food as a cuisine. Elena Levin will be cooking in the style of Debra Madison from “The Greens Cook Book” (1987).
Debra Madison opened Greens Restaurant in 1979 in San Francisco. Her love for small farm markets and fresh herbs created her deep connection with food. Bring your love for vegetarian food and a spirit of fun.
