Eliza Gavin is a renowned Top Chef who appeared on Season 10 of the Top Chef Show. We are lucky to have her here in Telluride and she has been the Chef Owner of 221 South Oak Street Restaurant since 2000. During this cooking class you will learn how to cook appetizers, finger foods and canapes and pair them with wine. A local sommelier will introduce you to the best wines to pair with each course.
The class features approximately of 12 dishes and 8 wines - but usually it is quite a bit more (and you will have several small boxes of bites to take home with You).
