**Registration Required and Open Immediately** 

A $15 fee will be charged for each session.  Funds will be used to purchase a gift card to honor our instructor and make a donation to the library**

NOTE: MARCH 5TH CLASS IS ON A WEDNESDAY

Join TWN member Jennifer Chernus (RYT-500) a Registered Master Level Yoga Teacher with almost 1000 hours of cumulative training, to guide us in a holistic yoga practice. Come each week or drop in as you please. Jennifer incorporates meditation, creative sequencing and alignment techniques to inspire practitioners to cultivate compassion and courage within themselves. We’ll focus on mental wellbeing as well as physical balance, on and off the mat.

All yoga experience levels are welcome!

Please bring: Personal yoga mat, blocks and strap. Wilkinson Library provides complimentary yoga equipment in the Program Room, where we meet, if you don’t have your own.
