The Enneagram is a wise and helpful tool to personal development and professional development. It gives us a map to find our inner guidance according to our personality type. Ancient wisdom tells us there are nine personality types, and we lead with, or have, one. The beauty of the Enneagram is that it leads us to expanded self-awareness and compassion for ourselves and others. TWN member and Enneagram teacher and coach, Jan Reynolds, will lead an introduction and overview of all nine personality types in this seminar. An assessment test is provided before the seminar to help begin the exploration of which type you have. Event Fee: $40.00

Bring snacks and join us for an off-trail mushroom seeking adventure up in Lizard Head near the Groundhog and Cross Mountain trails. We will be focused mainly on King Boletes (porcinis) and Chanterelles, but we do find other mushrooms. NO Dogs (they get bored and like to walk on the mushrooms). Bring a mushroom knife (can get on Amazon) and a bag or bags for your mushrooms. Paper is recommended as mushrooms get mushy in plastic. Also bring water, a raincoat, snacks, hiking shoes, poles and sunscreen. This is a relatively easy hike through the woods after a bit of a climb up from the parking lot. We will probably hike 5-6 miles with less than 1000 ft elevation gain. Total Hiking Time (adventuring time) will be around 4 hours.

Let Mother Nature do the Art. Enjoy an afternoon of fun while making your own Botanical Silk Scarf. Botanical Printing uses real leaves and flowers along with mineral and tannin to transfer natural color and shape from plants onto natural fibers such as silk, cotton and linen. It is like printing a photo directly from the plants onto the fabric. Each attendee will make one scarf with the assistance of Telluride’s own dye artist, Kathy Green. The fee of $135 includes all materials and a tip for the instructor.

Once there, we will have some TWN provided wine and charcuterie to celebrate “the Bar”. From there we will hook into the Galloping Goose ski run and walk back down to where we began using other trails only known to locals. We will have some nice views of Wilson Peak, Baldy and surrounding area. The trail is approximately 5 miles roundtrip with about a 1400 ft elevation gain. Well behaved dogs welcome (bring a leash). Bring water for you and your pup, a raincoat, snacks, hiking shoes, poles and sunscreen. Total Hiking Time will be around 4 hours. Event Fee $10.
